had training today, came early, to save my mum one trip..woke up super early
really slept very little last night again. Nightmares! and didnt sleep much last nightt, think i really need something to make me sleep faster and better.
Keep waking up in the middle of the nights, super irritated. Decided to wake up at 4.30 alr. Waited for time to pass, get ready go to school.
training we started later, did gym, somehow think today i'm quite tired and cant even breathe when doing gym, ahhhhhhhhhhh.
Think i did really bad today, although jl asked me to set this time, i think i didnt improve or even maintained my usual standard, really didnt feel good during today's dadui. We just spike and recieve alr, then go on to dadui alr. Think we played 4-5 sets maybe? Lost some and need to do frogjumps. Super tired by the time I finished the last round of frogjumps. Super mad about myself during play. Ahhh, hope tmr will do better.
Hm, now i think this time is the first time we're is experiencing a crisis, as what jl said, we're in bad shape ):
Jiayou BDiv '10! Just a few more weeks, and we're going to our last West Zone competitions for most of us! (:
went home straight, ate and rested.
Hopefully tonight can have a very good nights sleep, tmr's another day, jiayou bdiv!
Wishing tmr i'd better not have any muscleaches.
